PROJECT MANAGEMENT – SPHERE APARTMENTS, LONDON – UK
Sphere Apartments comprise of 12 luxury units (10 no 2-bedroom and 2 no 3-bedroom flats) and it is located at the centre of East London, Mile End. Burnad Construction & Consultancy Services LTD provided project management services throughout the project on behalf of the London-based Principal Contractor.
Although the difficulties encountered during the project, the building was delivered in desired quality and with no extra cost to the client.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – GLOBE2 HARPER APARTMENTS, LONDON – UK
Globe2 Harper Apartments comprise of 8 luxury units (5 no 2-bedroom, 1 no 1-bedroom, 2 no 3-bedroom flats and retail unit on Ground Floor) and it is located between Stepney Green and Bethnal Green Stations . Burnad Construction & Consultancy Services LTD provided project management services throughout the project on behalf of the London-based Principal Contractor.
Customer satisfaction was always prioritised during the project and the most important point of the project was to rebuild the Railway Tavern Pub facade as same as the existing one.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – 20 MINT WALK, LONDON – UK
20 Mint Walk is located at the heart of Croydon, Southern London. The project includes extension of the existing 4-storey building by adding 3 more storey on the top comprising of 9 more units varying from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom flats. Burnad Construction & Consultancy Services LTD provided full Quantity Surveying and Contract Management services support to Principal Contractor of the project.
The development will be perfect sample of combination of existing architecture with the modern face of architecture in currently developing Croydon area.
QUANTITY SURVEYING – APEX HOUSE, LONDON – UK
Apex House Project will be a unique piece of art in Seven Sisters area (on the site of former Haringey Council). This project is a sign of redevelopment of Tottenham. The project will be carried out by well-known Turkish Construction Company who is ranked on the 86th place on the list of “2017 – Top 250 International Contractors” published by Engineering News Record (ENR). The client of the project is the UK’s leading property development company that owns thousands of units through the UK.
The development will consist of 2 main blocks with 159 flats and 4 traditional townhouses. Ground Floor of two main blocks will be formed of several retail units operating different sectors.
QUANTITY SURVEYING – SAHIN HOUSE, LONDON – UK
Construction of a mansard roof extension to accommodate the creation of 1×1-bed and 1×2-bed self-contained flats over 3-storey existing building; minutes away from Dalston Kingsland Station.
Burnad provided Quantity Surveying services to the main contractor and the teamwork spirit led to well management and completion on time, in budget.
QUANTITY SURVEYING – DEWAR HOUSE, HARLOW – UK
Burnad provided Quantity Surveying services and procurement advice during the extension works of Dewar House building which is currently used for industrial purposes near Harlow.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – 1A CROWN ROAD, NEW MALDEN, LONDON – UK
Burnad provided Project Management & Quantity Surveying services and acted as Funder’s Agent for the conversion of semi-detached house into 3 no beautifully-designed flats in sought after area of South West London.
QUANTITY SURVEYING – 20 BEWLYS ROAD, LONDON – UK
Burnad provided Budget Estimation & Quantity Surveying services and assisted the client throughout the project. A semi-detached family house was designed to create more space including double-storey extension, loft conversion and rear extension. The project also has an extensive landscape area on three sides of the property.
QUANTITY SURVEYING – MONO LANE, FELTHAM, LONDON – UK
Burnad provided Budget Estimation & Quantity Surveying services to Principle Contractor of the project which hosts Sir Mo Farah’s graffiti. This project involves demolition of existing roof, significant amount of steelwork, new mezzanine floor construction and internal finishes. Every detail is being evaluated in detail to protect the existing graffiti.
Project is ongoing and anticipated to be completed by June 2023.
